Payment
The Signature Collection is $1,500, plus any travel fee or custom addition agreed upon before signing. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures the wedding date and is applied to the final total. The remaining balance is due no later than seven days before the wedding.
Travel
Weddings more than one hour from Springfield, Missouri may require a separate travel fee. The amount is based on distance, travel time, and related expenses, and will be communicated before the wedding.
Films & delivery
The collection includes one short teaser and one full wedding video, delivered through an online download link. Delivery is estimated within a maximum of six weeks after the wedding, although timing may fluctuate when circumstances require.
Creative approach
Easton Visuals retains creative discretion over editing, music selection, and the final structure of each film. Every decision is made to preserve the emotion, movement, and atmosphere of the wedding day.
Copyright & sharing
Easton Visuals retains copyright to the footage. Clients may share their finished videos for personal use. Footage may be featured in the Easton Visuals portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.
Rescheduling & cancellation
The $100 deposit is non-refundable. If a client cancels after paying in full, payments beyond the deposit are refunded. A $100 rescheduling fee applies when the requested new date is available. If Easton Visuals must cancel, all payments are refunded.
Raw footage
Raw footage is not included unless it is specifically agreed upon in writing before the wedding.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide the final schedule and access to filming locations. A meal is requested when coverage exceeds six consecutive hours. Venue rules, guest interference, weather, and access limitations may affect what can be captured.
Unexpected circumstances
Neither party is responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances outside their reasonable control. If Easton Visuals loses or cannot deliver the footage, the client’s remedy is limited to a refund of payments made.
Entire agreement
The signed agreement represents the full understanding between Easton Visuals and the client. Changes or custom arrangements must be made in writing and accepted by both parties.
